About Us

We are Passionate
about Local Food

Local food is a connection to the community, and a celebration of the bounty that comes from the land.

It’s a commitment to preserving culinary traditions, supporting local farmers, and reducing our carbon footprint by choosing food that doesn’t travel thousands of miles to reach our plate.

By growing food for our local community, we show our dedication to authenticity, sustainability. We believe that food isn’t just sustenance; it is a cultural and communal experience that brings people together, and fosters local economies.

We are proud to be your farmer!

At Tanglefoot Farm, we believe that food should be a celebration, a communal experience that brings people together. That’s why we offer a variety of events that go beyond the traditional farm experience. Join us for enchanting farm-to-table dinners under the stars, where the ingredients are harvested just steps away from the dining table. Families can delight in our annual Family Fun on the Farm event, a day filled with laughter, exploration, and activities. For a romantic evening, our date nights offer a unique blend of good company and fresh, local flavors. Our u-pick events and photography sessions offer additional opportunities to come enjoy a day on the farm and create wonderful memories.

We’re not just a farm; we’re an educational hub where the community can learn and grow. Explore the art of cooking with our hands-on classes, master the craft of bread-making, learn the secrets of canning, or discover the delicate art of soap-making. Our farm is a place where skills are cultivated, friendships are forged, and a love for local, sustainable living is nurtured. Come, be a part of our journey at Tanglefoot Farm where the fields are alive with the spirit of community and the joy of shared experiences.
